Does anyone have any tips on potty training my 5 month old puppy?

I have had her since she was only 4 weeks old. She did really good at first with going outside. Now it seems like I take her out and right when we come in there is a big puddle on my carpet! It is very frustrating and I fear hat she may never go outside like she should! Maybe she doesn't like the cold more…
