Help With Puppy Potty Training: Rescued Boston Terrier from Puppy Mill and she is having many training issues.?

1. She rarely will go outside or let us know when she's ready, when crated at night she is used to her puppy mill conditions and poops and urinates in her create.

2. She (Warning- Grosse!)- actually will eat her feces from time to time. She's been to the vet and is healthy- this is more a cleaning ritual of her cage from her horrid conditions in the mill.

The problem is, we're gone at work for the day so she's contained in our bathroom in her puppy apartment. We come home at lunch and spend our lunch with her.

Any suggestions would be so helpful, thank you very much!
